Afortunado ("Lucky")

and his "family"

Afortunado is owned by

Linda McLachlan of New Zealand.

What a BEAUTIFUL guy!

Leyenda

Afortunado's full sister

Linda sent this next photo to the dungenes group in 2006, saying:
"This one is Leyenda, Afortunado's full sister. Unfortunately she died as a five year old, a great shame, as she was not only a beautiful colour, but one of the best Spanish mares in New Zealand. She won Supreme Champion at our National Show as a yearling. When I saw Leyenda I assumed she was Grulla. "

She is age 2 in this photo.

"Little Lucky"

Afortunado's January 2011 colt

So far, dun breeders who've seen these pictures say he looks exactly like their red duns.
